Summer music and cultural festivals in Avellino 2026

Overview

The summer music season in Avellino has expanded into a broader cultural program. Following the scheduled performances by singer-songwriter Simona Molinari at the Antica Dogana and the Church of Carmine, and guitarist Camilla Melis in Cimolais, the city’s “Mercoledì al Centro Storico” series continued on 5 August. Running from 14 August to 6 September 2026, this collaborative initiative between the Municipality of Avellino and the Department for Family Policies includes 18 appointments across 13 locations, such as parks and monuments. The festival aims to engage families through theater, workshops, and traditional games, complementing the ongoing musical offerings like the ‘Stacca!’ collective and classical vocal performances at the Dogana rooftop.
