Avenida Brasil: Carminha discovers Nina's identity

In the Brazilian telenovela ‘Avenida Brasil’, the conflict between Carminha and Nina intensifies as Carminha discovers Nina’s true identity as Rita. After confirming her suspicions through Nilo and finding photographic evidence, Carminha takes drastic measures to neutralize her rival.

Carminha uses a sedative to incapacitate Nina, eventually leaving her partially buried in a grave. However, Nina manages to escape and begins planning her retaliation. To exert pressure, Nina uses intimate photographs of Carminha and Max to threaten Carminha’s reputation within the Tufão family, effectively shifting the power dynamic between the two characters.
