AVM introduced the FRITZ!Box 7630, a compact router that brings Wi‑Fi 7 to traditional DSL connections. It supports DSL speeds up to 300 Mbit/s with Supervectoring 35b, a 2.5 Gbit/s WAN/LAN port, three Gigabit LAN ports, and Wi‑Fi 7 features such as Multi‑Link Operation and Punctured Mode, delivering combined wireless rates of up to 3.5 Gbit/s. The device also integrates a DECT base station for up to six cordless phones, a smart‑home hub for FRITZ! devices, and a USB‑3.0 port for NAS and media serving.

In parallel DSL‑router tests, the FritzBox 7690 earned the top performance score with high data rates and extensive features, while the FritzBox 7530 AX was highlighted as the best price‑performance option.
