Axel Disasi joins Crystal Palace on loan from Chelsea

Chelsea defender Axel Disasi has joined Crystal Palace on a season-long loan for the 2026/2027 campaign. The 28-year-old French center-back moves to the London-based club on a temporary basis, with the agreement specifically excluding any option or obligation for Crystal Palace to purchase the player permanently.

Disasi, who joined Chelsea from AS Monaco in 2023, has made 61 appearances for the Blues, scoring five goals. This move follows previous loan spells at West Ham United and Aston Villa. Disasi expressed enthusiasm about the move, noting that the club is moving in a positive direction and stating he looks forward to playing at Selhurst Park.
