Axel Kicillof criticizes Milei's economic plan during national tour

Buenos Aires Governor Axel Kicillof has conducted a series of political and social activities across Argentina, notably in Chaco and La Plata, to strengthen his national profile and build a political alternative ahead of the 2027 elections. During a visit to Chaco, Kicillof participated in the normalization of the regional CGT, where he sharply criticized President Javier Milei's economic policies. He argued that the current administration's model is destroying the productive system, suppressing wages, and causing widespread household debt.

In La Plata, Kicillof led a Peronist seminar titled ‘Peronismo por Peronistas,’ which gathered leaders from seven provinces to debate state models, economic development, and education. During this event, he emphasized the need for strategic neutrality and regional integration in Latin America. Additionally, Kicillof has been expanding his political structure through the launch of the MDF Juventudes and the creation of the Provincial Council for the Knowledge Economy (COPEC) to support innovation and high-quality employment.

Kicillof's recent agenda also included signing cooperation agreements with the municipality of Colonia Benítez and establishing technical assistance agreements with regional universities to bolster science and research.
