Axel Kicillof leads Javier Milei in 21 of 24 Greater Buenos Aires municipalities

A recent poll by CB Global Data conducted across 24 municipalities in the Greater Buenos Aires area shows that Governor Axel Kicillof maintains a higher positive image than President Javier Milei in 21 of the surveyed districts.

Kicillof demonstrates significant strength in the western and southern corridors of the Conurbano. His highest positive ratings were recorded in Florencio Varela (54.4%), Almirante Brown (50.7%), and Avellaneda (50.5%). In La Matanza, Kicillof holds a 49.9% positive image compared to Milei's 21.4%. The data also indicates high disapproval for the President, with negative ratings for Milei exceeding 60% in 18 of the 24 municipalities, including La Matanza, Merlo, Moreno, Florencio Varela, Quilmes, and Lomas de Zamora.

President Milei's support is concentrated in the northern corridor. He leads in San Isidro (42.8% positive), Vicente López (43.5% positive), and Tigre (36.4% positive). In Vicente López, Milei holds a 12.7 point lead over Kicillof. In other northern districts like San Fernando and Pilar, the results show closer competition or continued advantages for the Governor.
