Axel Kicillof supporters expand political movement in Buenos Aires

Political leaders, union representatives, and social movement organizers held a plenary meeting in Buenos Aires to expand the Movimiento Derecho al Futuro (MDF) within the city. The gathering was organized under the slogan ‘Axel 2027’, signaling an effort to consolidate support for Buenos Aires Province Governor Axel Kicillof for a potential presidential bid in 2027.

The meeting, held at the Centro Cultural Morándel, aimed to incorporate new social and union groups into the MDF’s political framework. Participants established three primary objectives: integrating new sectors into the movement's working group, conducting a socio-economic diagnosis of the capital, and defining a roadmap for territorial action across various communes.

Notable attendees included Buenos Aires Production Minister Augusto Costa, former Chief of Cabinet Juan Manuel Abal Medina, and representatives from various political and social organizations such as Movimiento Evita, Barrios de Pie, and Militancia Popular.
