Udta Teer trailer features Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan

The trailer for the upcoming spy comedy Udta Teer has been released, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan. Directed by Akash A Kaushik and produced by Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment, the film is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 9, 2026.

The plot follows a Pakistani intelligence operative who suffers memory loss following an explosion, leading him to mistakenly believe he is an officer for India’s Counter-Terrorism Squad. This premise drives a narrative centered on mistaken identity, undercover operations, and situational comedy.

The film features an ensemble cast including Rahul Bose, Ram Kapoor, Suhail Nayyar, Gulshan Grover, and Raghubir Yadav. Nayyar noted that he underwent a significant physical transformation, including muscle gain and a new hairstyle, to portray his complex spy character. Ayushmann Khurrana described the film as a departure from his usual roles, while producer Guneet Monga Kapoor emphasized that the project is a situational comedy rather than a slapstick spoof.
