Azerbaijan completes sale of 535 apartments via electronic system

Azerbaijan has successfully completed a new round of housing selections through the ‘Discounted Housing’ electronic system. A joint statement from the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the State Security Service, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security, and the State Agency for Housing Construction confirmed the results.

A total of 535 apartments located in the Lankaran, Shirvan, and Yevlakh Residential Complexes were sold via the digital platform. The process was conducted in accordance with instructions from President Ilham Aliyev to ensure the accessibility, transparency, and security of electronic services for citizens.

Authorities emphasized that the coordinated efforts of the participating state agencies ensured a secure, uninterrupted, and equitable sales process. The State Agency for Housing Construction indicated that it will continue to implement innovations to improve future sales processes and maintain high levels of digital security.
