Azizi Developments announces Sharjah residential project

Azizi Developments is planning a 30-million-square-foot master-planned residential community in Sharjah called Azizi Florence. The development is expected to feature a mix of apartments, townhouses, villas, retail spaces, and recreational facilities. The villa collection is designed to include 4, 5, and 6-bedroom configurations to accommodate various family sizes. For example, the 4-bedroom villas are projected to have a built-up area of approximately 4,349 square feet.
