Azizi Developments expansion in the UAE
Overview
Azizi Developments has expanded its construction and planning activities within the United Arab Emirates. The company implemented 24/7 construction schedules at its Azizi Venice project in Dubai South to accelerate progress on the large-scale community, which includes residential units, a lagoon shoreline, and a Cultural District.
Building on its presence in Dubai, the developer has officially launched Azizi Florence in Sharjah, a US$8.1 billion master-planned community. This project represents the Dubai-based developer’s first major venture in the emirate. The development is expected to comprise more than 10,000 homes, including 1,130 villas, over 6,000 townhouses, and 3,500 apartments.
The community will be organized into six residential clusters, each featuring its own clubhouse, community center, and landscaped gardens. Additionally, the site will include a 1.7 million square foot Central Park and a variety of retail, hospitality, education, leisure, and wellness facilities.
