Azizi Developments implements 24/7 construction at Azizi Venice

Azizi Developments has intensified construction activities across its United Arab Emirates portfolio. Work at its flagship Azizi Venice project in Dubai South is now proceeding on a 24/7 schedule to accelerate progress on the large-scale community.

In addition to the around-the-clock work at Azizi Venice, the developer is maintaining minimum 10-hour daily shifts at other key projects, including the final phase of Riviera. The company is utilizing vertical integration by managing its own supply chain and manufacturing its own construction materials, supported by its exclusive construction partner, Gardinia.

Azizi Venice is designed as a master-planned community featuring over 36,000 residential units, including more than 100 apartment complexes and 109 ultra-luxury mansions. The development will include infrastructure, a lagoon shoreline, sandy beaches, and a Cultural District in Dubai South containing an opera house, theatre, and performing arts academy.
