Azizi Developments launches $8.1bn Sharjah community

Azizi Developments has announced its expansion into Sharjah with the launch of Azizi Florence, a US$8.1 billion (approximately A$11.2 billion) master-planned community. This marks the Dubai-based developer’s first major project in the emirate.

The development is expected to include more than 10,000 homes, consisting of 1,130 villas, over 6,000 townhouses, and 3,500 apartments. The community will feature a 1.7 million square foot Central Park and is divided into six residential clusters, each containing its own clubhouse, community center, and landscaped gardens. In addition to residential units, the project will incorporate retail, hospitality, education, leisure, and wellness facilities.
