Azul launches new direct flights between Curitiba and Recife

Azul has announced a new direct flight route between Curitiba and Recife, scheduled to begin on November 3. The service will operate daily in both directions, offering more than 6,800 seats per month.

The flights will utilize Embraer 195-E2 aircraft, which feature a capacity of 136 passengers and individual entertainment screens. Flights from Curitiba are scheduled to depart at 7:45 AM, arriving in Recife at 11:35 AM, while the return leg departs Recife at 5:55 PM and arrives in Curitiba at 9:45 PM.

In addition to the new route, the company's tourism arm, Azul Viagens, has expanded its presence in southern Brazil with a new unit in São José dos Pinhais. This opening is part of a broader regional expansion that has increased the network from 15 to 19 units since the end of last year.
