Azzas 2154 restructuring: Birman and Jatahy split assets
Alexandre Birman and Roberto Jatahy have reached an agreement to resolve the corporate structure of Azzas 2154, effectively dismantling much of the combination between Arezzo&Co and Grupo Soma formed in 2024.
Under the new arrangement, Birman will focus on operations related to Arezzo&Co, specifically footwear and bags, while Jatahy will take command of women's fashion brands from the former Soma group.
The Farm brand will be treated as a separate entity, with both businessmen remaining as partners. Morgan Stanley is conducting a strategic evaluation of the brand, which is valued between R$ 4.4 billion and R$ 5.5 billion according to market estimates. The process is expected to begin receiving proposals for a potential sale of Farm in the coming months.
