Bac Ninh and Ninh Binh police issue fine notices for 656 vehicles

Police departments in Bac Ninh and Ninh Binh provinces have released lists of 656 vehicle owners who must pay administrative fines for traffic violations recorded via surveillance systems.

In Bac Ninh, between July 25 and July 31, 2026, authorities identified 390 traffic violations, the majority of which involved lane marking infractions (156 cases). In Ninh Binh, technical equipment recorded 266 violations between July 30 and August 4, 2026.

Authorities advise vehicle owners to check for violations through the National Public Service Portal, the VNeTraffic application, or the Vietnam Registration Authority website to process payments online.
