Bac Ninh and Thanh Hoa police identify 627 traffic violators via camera surveillance

Police departments in Bac Ninh and Thanh Hoa provinces have released lists of 627 vehicle owners who committed traffic violations detected via camera surveillance and technical equipment.

In Bac Ninh, authorities recorded 390 violations between July 25 and July 31, 2026. The most frequent offenses included lane marking violations (156 cases), failure to wear helmets (80 cases), running red lights (76 cases), and illegal stopping or parking (70 cases).

In Thanh Hoa, 237 violations were identified between July 6 and July 12, 2026. Authorities are urging owners to check the published license plate lists and fulfill their fine obligations in accordance with Decree 168/2024/ND-CP. Under this decree, speeding penalties vary based on the degree of excess speed, with certain levels resulting in both monetary fines and the deduction of driver's license points.
