Bac Ninh driver fined for reckless driving on expressway

A truck driver in Bac Ninh, Vietnam, has been fined 45 million VND and had his driving license suspended for 11 months following a dangerous driving incident on the Hanoi - Lang Son Expressway.

The driver, identified as T. L. Q. (born in 2000), was caught on video performing reckless maneuvers, including swerving and cutting off another truck after being overtaken on the right. The incident occurred on July 28 near the Quang Chau Industrial Park area, an area with high traffic density. Authorities from the Bac Ninh Traffic Police responded to public reports and confirmed the violations regarding road traffic safety regulations.
