Bac Ninh youth fined for reckless driving and drug use

A young man, identified as V. D. T. (born 2007) from Luc Nam, Bac Ninh, was apprehended by traffic police after performing dangerous maneuvers on an electric motorcycle. During a patrol on August 18, the individual failed to comply with police signals, weaving through residential areas and onto National Highway 31.

Following his apprehension, authorities determined that V. D. T. tested positive for narcotics. He faces multiple violations, including operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs, reckless driving, failure to wear a helmet, and operating a vehicle without rearview mirrors. Total fines for these infractions amount to 24 million VND.
