ACM Neto, representing the União Brasil party and the 'Unidos para Mudar a Bahia' coalition, is running with Zé Cocá (PP) as his vice-gubernatorial candidate. Neto, a former two-term mayor of Salvador and three-term federal deputy, declared assets totaling approximately R$ 84.8 million to the Electoral Court.

Other confirmed candidates include Jerônimo Rodrigues (PT), Ronaldo Mansur (PSOL), Ariel Capistrano (DC), and Estêvão (DC). Additionally, Aroldo Félix de Azevedo Júnior, a university professor and union leader from the Unidade Popular (UP) party, has entered the race.
