Bahia judiciary strengthens cooperation on structural processes

The Court of Justice of the State of Bahia (TJBA) and the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Bahia (MPBA) have initiated a dialogue to strengthen cooperation regarding structural processes. Representatives from the MPBA visited the TJBA's 2nd Vice-Presidency and its Intelligence Center (CIJEBA) to discuss joint actions and judicial support.

During the meeting, officials highlighted the Intelligence Center's role in monitoring mass demands and providing guidance to magistrates on structural litigation. Projects currently under development include the regionalized cleaning of precedents and collective actions across the state. Additionally, the MPBA presented its Socio-Environmental Observatory, a tool designed to analyze strategic data to support judicial and extrajudicial actions, particularly concerning the implementation of public policies.
