Bahia mayors endorse Governor Jerônimo Rodrigues for re-election

Political leaders in the state of Bahia have expressed strong support for Governor Jerônimo Rodrigues during his re-election campaign. In Guanambi, Mayor Nal Azevedo confirmed his endorsement, highlighting the partnership between the municipal and state governments. Azevedo noted that this cooperation has facilitated investments in infrastructure, health, education, and road networks, specifically mentioning the impact of Regional Polyclinics on specialized medical services.

In Itaberaba, Mayor João Filho projected a historic victory for Rodrigues, citing significant state investments totaling R$ 68.16 million. These completed projects include the reopening of the Piemonte do Paraguaçu Regional Hospital, modernization of professional education centers, sanitation works, water supply improvements, and the recovery of aerodrome tracks. The campaign events in these regions were attended by various political leaders, including Rui Costa and Jaques Wagner.
