Bahia has secured an unprecedented spot in the semifinals of the Brasileirão Feminino after defeating Palmeiras in a penalty shootout. The match, held at Arena Barueri, ended in a 1-1 draw during regulation time.

Palmeiras took the lead in the first half through a goal by Rayssa Bahia, assisted by Bia Zaneratto. Bahia responded in the second half when Dan Nunes scored following a cross from Márcia to level the aggregate score.
