Bajaj Auto expands Pulsar lineup with N160 models and upcoming 150cc updates

Bajaj Auto has expanded its Pulsar lineup in India with the launch of the Pulsar N160 S and the premium Pulsar N160 SS. Both models feature a 164.82cc single-cylinder engine paired with a five-speed gearbox, upside-down front forks, dual-channel ABS, and an assist and slipper clutch.

The N160 S is priced at approximately Rs. 1.33 lakh and features a digital LCD instrument console. The premium N160 SS, priced at roughly Rs. 1.43 lakh, includes a full-color TFT display with smartphone connectivity, integrated navigation, and traction control.

Separately, leaks regarding the upcoming next-generation Bajaj Pulsar 150 suggest a significant mechanical overhaul. Spied units indicate the model will transition to a single-downtube frame, adopt a monoshock rear suspension, and utilize an oil-cooled engine via a front-mounted radiator. The upcoming 150cc model is also expected to feature LED lighting and a color LCD instrument cluster with turn-by-turn navigation.
