Bajaj Auto expands Pulsar lineup with new tech and adventure models
Bajaj Auto is expanding its Pulsar motorcycle lineup with several new technological and model updates. The company has launched the N160 S and N160 SS, which feature electronic throttle control (ETB), four adjustable riding modes, and a 'Crawl' low-speed assistance technology. The high-end N160 SS includes a 5-inch color TFT display with Google Maps integration via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Additionally, Bajaj has announced the upcoming debut of next-generation Pulsar 125 and 150 models on August 24, 2026. The Pulsar 125 is expected to feature a color TFT dashboard with smartphone connectivity, while the Pulsar 150 will undergo mechanical changes, including a new frame and a transition to a single shock rear suspension.
Looking toward the adventure segment, Bajaj is preparing to launch its first adventure bike, potentially under the trademarked name ‘Trekker’. Executive Director of Bajaj Brazil, Waldyr Ferreira, indicated that the motorcycle could be introduced in Brazil as early as December 2026, with an Indian launch potentially following before the Diwali festive season.
