Bajaj Auto launches Chetak electric scooter in Philippines and plans ten new two-wheelers

Trimotors Technology Corporation opened the first Chetak flagship showroom in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines, displaying the Chetak 3503 electric scooter. The model features a metal body, IP67 water‑dust protection, up to 108 km claimed range (real‑world up to 155 km), top speed around 73 km/h, and a price of PHP 130,888, with an introductory price of PHP 115,888 and a three‑year battery warranty.

Bajaj Auto announced a product offensive that will see ten new two‑wheelers introduced by September. The rollout includes two all‑new Pulsar motorcycles in the 125 cc and 150 cc segments, featuring redesigned chassis, LED lighting, Bluetooth connectivity and digital instrument clusters. Additional launches will comprise new variants of the Chetak electric scooter and other electric two‑ and three‑wheelers, as the company aims to raise its annual output to over 9 million units.
