Bajaj Auto to launch three new products and two brands
Bajaj Auto is planning to launch three new two-wheeler products within the next 45 days, targeting a mid-October release. This expansion is part of a broader strategy to refresh its portfolio and attract both new customers and existing owners looking to upgrade.
In addition to the immediate product launches, the company intends to introduce two entirely new brands within the 125cc segment later this fiscal year. These new brands will not use the Pulsar name, as the company aims to offer distinct propositions that differentiate them from the existing lineup. The strategy also seeks to encourage riders currently using 100cc motorcycles to move up to the 125cc category.
The announcement follows recent updates to the Pulsar 125 and Pulsar 150 models. These refreshed motorcycles feature improved styling, technology, and features. The Pulsar 125 is priced starting at Rs 92,900, while the Pulsar 150 starts at Rs 1.15 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. Bajaj has launched 12 models since October of last year as part of an accelerated product refresh cycle.
