Bajaj Auto to Unveil New Pulsar Motorcycle on August 12 in India
Bajaj Auto is set to launch a new generation of its Pulsar commuter motorcycle on August 12. Dealer sightings have revealed a refreshed Pulsar 125 with a new chassis that uses the engine as a stressed member, a monoshock rear suspension, updated LED lighting and a digital instrument cluster offering smartphone connectivity. The model is expected to compete with rivals such as TVS Raider 125 and Honda SP125.
A company teaser shows a covered bike with the tagline “Twist Into An All‑New Rush” and hints that the Pulsar 150 may be the headline model, marking the 25th anniversary of the Pulsar nameplate. Anticipated updates include a revised front design, larger front cowl, new alloy wheels, split‑seat layout, and enhanced technology such as Bluetooth‑enabled digital console, call alerts and navigation. Bajaj plans to introduce several new motorcycles in the coming weeks, with at least two new Pulsar variants in the 125 cc and 150 cc segments.
