Baladna Algérie announces 1,000 new job openings

Baladna Algérie has announced a large-scale recruitment campaign to fill 1,000 positions throughout 2027. The hiring process will coincide with the various development and operational phases of the company’s integrated project, which combines agriculture, dairy production, and food processing.

The recruitment drive will begin in the Adrar province before expanding to other Algerian cities, including Oran, Constantine, and Algiers. To identify talent, the company plans to launch a national talent caravan that will travel to major cities to collect applications, conduct interviews, and provide professional orientation. The project aims to strengthen national food security by utilizing local resources and Algerian expertise.
