Baladna El Djazair launches national recruitment for 1,000 roles

Baladna El Djazair has launched a national recruitment campaign to fill 1,000 positions progressively through the end of 2027. The initiative is part of the execution phase for a large-scale agro-industrial project designed to enhance Algeria’s food security through an integrated model of plant production, dairy farming, and industrial processing.

The recruitment drive will operate as a talent caravan, starting in Adrar on September 5 before traveling to other major cities, including Oran, Constantine, and Algiers. The company aims to eventually create 5,000 direct jobs to support local and national development.

Roles will span various sectors of the project, including agronomy, hydrology, veterinary services, and industrial transformation. The project seeks to develop local expertise and build a sustainable workforce capable of managing the strategic infrastructure long-term.
