Balance Brunch opens second location in Zagreb

The popular Zagreb-based brunch establishment, Balance Brunch, has expanded by opening a second location at Julija Knifera 6 in the Središće neighborhood, near the Museum of Contemporary Art and Avenue Mall.

While the original Šalata location is primarily known for breakfast and brunch, the new site features an expanded menu designed for all-day dining, including lunch and dinner. The menu introduces a ‘sharing concept’ to encourage guests to try multiple dishes. The food offering includes egg-based dishes such as Eggs Benedict, pancakes, french toast, bowls, salads, and sandwiches, alongside a bakery section featuring croissants, sourdough bread, and seasonal desserts.

The new location aims to serve a variety of patrons, from professionals with laptops to social groups, and will operate from 7:00 to 23:00 on weekdays, 8:00 to 23:00 on Saturdays, and 8:00 to 18:00 on Sundays.
