Balochistan: Bodies of missing men recovered amid protests

The bodies of several men reported missing following alleged abductions by Pakistani security forces have been recovered in Balochistan. In the Kech district, the body of Adeel Baloch was found in Sarnakan three days after he disappeared following a raid in Kohad Bazaar. Additionally, two other bodies, identified as Mehran Baloch and 19-year-old student Yasir, were discovered in Buleda.

The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) reported that Mehran had been missing since November 2025 and Yasir since March 2026. These incidents occur as families of the disappeared continue long-term protests in Quetta to demand accountability for the ongoing crisis of enforced disappearances in the province.
