In the Surab district, an improvised explosive device (IED) being prepared for a vehicle exploded prematurely. The blast killed eight terrorists and three civilians. A subsequent joint clearance operation by security forces and Balochistan Police led to the killing of an additional 10 terrorists during an exchange of fire. Two security personnel were injured in the incident.

In a separate intelligence-based operation in the Panjgur district, security forces killed five terrorists. During this operation, authorities recovered a substantial quantity of weapons, ammunition, and IEDs.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that these actions are part of the ‘Azm-e-Istehkam’ vision and the National Action Plan to eliminate terrorist networks and foreign-supported proxies.
