Bamboo Airways plans to resume regular flight operations in 2026

Bamboo Airways is reportedly preparing to resume regular flight operations by mid-third quarter of 2026 as part of its ongoing restructuring and recovery process. This follows a period of significant downsizing in its fleet and route network to improve financial stability and operational efficiency.

While specific details regarding the exact routes, flight frequencies, and aircraft types have not yet been officially announced, the airline continues to maintain a presence at certain locations. For instance, the carrier is currently operating a weekend service between Hanoi and Quy Nhon, running from August 21 to October 31, 2026. To support this route, Bamboo Airways has partnered with FLC Hotels & Resorts to offer travel incentives for passengers.

Recent updates from the airline include maintaining staff presence at check-in counters at Phu Cat Airport to assist passengers. The airline previously issued apologies for flight disruptions caused by its operational adjustments and has been focusing on processing passenger refund requests.
