The airline advised that passengers who purchased tickets through third-party agencies must handle refunds through their original point of sale, while those who purchased directly should follow the airline’s official online instructions. Reports indicate the airline’s fleet has shrunk from dozens of aircraft to just three active planes. Amidst these shifts, FLC Group Chairman Trịnh Văn Quyết publicly expressed support for the airline's flight crews on social media. In early September 2026, the airline's financial difficulties expanded to include significant tax liabilities. By September 3, 2026, the airline owed more than 440 billion VND in taxes to Gia Lai province.
