Banco Ciudad to auction six Buenos Aires properties online

Banco Ciudad announced an online auction of six vacant‑inheritance properties in the City of Buenos Aires, scheduled for 14 August at 10:00 local time. The properties are located in Almagro, San Nicolás, Floresta, Villa Urquiza, Recoleta and Palermo and include two‑room and three‑room apartments as well as a two‑level PH covering 138 m².

Base prices start at USD 36,727 for a two‑room unit in Floresta and go up to USD 138,880 for the Palermo PH. The auction is organized by Banco Ciudad on behalf of the Procuración General de la Ciudad and will be conducted through the bank’s official digital platform, allowing participants from across Argentina. Proceeds are mandated by law to be deposited in the Permanent Educational Fund of Buenos Aires. Interested bidders must register at least 48 hours before the auction and provide a security deposit calculated as a percentage of the base price, which is refundable if no bids are made or the bidder is not successful.
