Banco do Brasil schedules June online property auctions

Banco do Brasil announced a series of fully online real‑estate auctions slated for 23, 24 and 30 June 2026. More than 148 residential and commercial lots will be offered nationwide, covering the bank’s own properties, assets recovered through foreclosures, and units already under lease.

The auction schedule includes: - 23 June – 40 lots of bank‑owned properties with simultaneous lease contracts and 10 lots without tenancy; - 24 June – a “Simplified Auction” of 98 foreclosed properties at competitive prices; - 30 June – the final “Aceita BB” phase, where bidders submit proposals without a disclosed minimum price.

Both individuals (18 + with a CPF) and legal entities (with a CNPJ) may participate; bank‑client status is not required. Details, photos and registration forms are available on the Banco do Brasil website.
