Banco Nación reaches $4.5 trillion in agricultural financing

Banco Nación has consolidated its position as a leading financier for the Argentine agricultural sector, reporting an agricultural loan portfolio of approximately $4.5 trillion. This figure represents a growth of over 55% compared to December 2025, making the agricultural segment the fastest-growing area within the bank, accounting for nearly 30% of its total portfolio.

Currently, more than 80% of the agricultural portfolio receives credit assistance, a significant increase from previous levels of 50% to 60%. In 2025, the bank granted over $3.7 trillion to the sector, a 70% increase over 2024. The bank also achieved a record $1.1 trillion in financing through major industry exhibitions such as Expoagro and Agroactiva, serving over 4,000 clients with interest rates starting at 18% in pesos.

Digital solutions have also seen significant adoption. The AgroNación Préstamos digital platform has reached over 1,600 clients with USD 200 million in operations. Additionally, the AgroNación Tarjeta, which provides financing for up to 36 months, financed over $1.1 trillion during the year, marking a 66% year-on-year increase.
