Bandai Namco launches Super Limit‑Breaking NEO expansion for Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero

After its October 2024 release, the fighting game Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero received a major content expansion titled Super Limit‑Breaking NEO. The DLC adds 33 new playable fighters, bringing the roster to over 200 characters, including classic figures from the series such as Tao Pai Pai, Vovô Gohan, Android 8, adult Goku and many others from the Dragon Ball, Z, GT and Super eras.

The update also introduces new arenas, additional story episodes for the single‑player mode, a new “Limit‑Break” style single‑player mode, and fixes lingering animation issues. Bandai Namco enlisted longtime series vocalist Hironobu Kageyama for the release, and the expansion is available on PlayStation 5.
