Bandai Namco releases character trailer for Tales of Eternia Remastered

Bandai Namco has released a new character trailer for Tales of Eternia Remastered, focusing on the character Chat. Chat is described as the great-granddaughter of the pirate Aifread and utilizes the ship Van Eltia to assist the main characters.

The remastered title features the Aggressive Linear Motion Battle System (A-LMBS) for 2D combat and includes several quality-of-life updates, such as destination markers, an option to disable enemy encounters, and a high-speed mode for auto battles. Players can also toggle between modern and nostalgic graphics and sound settings.

Tales of Eternia Remastered is scheduled for release on October 15, 2026, for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
