Anime model kits and collectibles see new releases and re-releases

Various anime-related plastic model kits and collectibles are seeing new releases and re-releases. Bandai has announced the re-release of the ‘Gundam Superior Define’ candy toy series, scheduled for February 2027. This lineup includes five different mobile suits such as Wing Gundam Zero EW and High Gogg.

Other notable hobby updates include the re-release of a 1/8 scale Rei Ayanami plastic model kit from ‘Evangelion’, which features a vignette design including Longinus' Spear. Additionally, several new model kits from ‘Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury’ and ‘Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon’ are becoming available through retailers like AmiAmi.
