Police in Bandung have dismantled a syndicate involved in the illegal transfer of subsidized 3kg LPG gas into portable canisters. The operation, conducted by the Bojongsoang Police and Bandung City Police, took place at a rented house in Cipagalo Village, Bojongsoang District.

Authorities identified a 33-year-old man, initials UA or Agus, as a key figure in the scheme. The syndicate reportedly earned profits of approximately Rp7.8 million per day by selling the repackaged gas both directly and through e-commerce platforms.
