Bangladesh HSC and equivalent exam results to be released October 29

The results for the 2026 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations in Bangladesh will be published on Thursday, October 29. Professor Syed Akteruzzaman, Chairman of the Dhaka Education Board and President of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, confirmed the date following approval from the Ministry of Education.

A total of 1,270,583 students participated in the examinations across 11 education boards, including general, Madrasah, and Technical Education boards. The exams were conducted in 2,697 centers across 9,439 educational institutions.

While written examinations began on July 2 and were originally scheduled to conclude by August 8, natural disasters including floods in regions such as Chattogram caused delays for certain subjects. Following the completion of all written and practical assessments, the boards finalized the results. Detailed instructions on how students can access their results will be released via a press notice on October 26.
