In Wonosari, BRI Branch Office Wonosari partnered with Kimia Farma to provide medical check-up services for retired customers during their banking transactions. This initiative aims to promote early health detection and wellness awareness among the elderly demographic.

In Surabaya, BRI Branch Office Pahlawan has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Surabaya Central General Hospital (RSUP) under the Ministry of Health. This partnership provides ATM and banking services within the hospital premises to facilitate financial transactions for patients, their families, and the general public.
