Bank Syariah Indonesia targets 2,000 auctions via GREAT 2026 program

PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has announced a target to conduct 2,000 auctions through its Gebyar Lelang Serentak (GREAT) BSI 2026 program. This initiative is part of a strategic effort to facilitate asset recovery and improve financing quality.

The program offers various types of assets, including residential houses, vacant land, shop houses, apartments, and warehouses. To ensure transparency and security, BSI is collaborating with several government agencies, including the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) under the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agraria and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).

The auction program is scheduled to run from September 9 to December 12, 2026, with live auction events held in several cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Batam, and Banda Aceh.
