Barci de Moraes law firm denies links to Daniel Vorcaro

The law firm Barci de Moraes, in which Viviane Barci—wife of Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes—is a partner, issued an official statement denying any personal links to former banker Daniel Vorcaro regarding the use of a private jet.

The clarification follows the circulation of video footage showing the Justice and his wife disembarking at Santos Dumont Airport in Rio de Janeiro in August 2025. The aircraft used belonged to Prime Aviation, a company that previously included Daniel Vorcaro as a partner.

The law firm stated that the selection of air taxi services is based strictly on operational needs and that the specific choice of aircraft rests with the civil aviation companies contracted, rather than the passengers. The firm also noted that while it provided legal services to Banco Master prior to its liquidation by the Central Bank, no flights were shared between Vorcaro and the Moraes family.
