Bari Reopens Via Argiro–Via Calefati Intersection

The road‑renovation project on Bari’s Via Argiro has reached a key milestone. The intersection with Via Calefati is slated to reopen to vehicle traffic on Wednesday 29 July after the final layer of asphalt has been laid and pedestrian basoli have been installed to eliminate existing level differences.

Assessor for the Territory, Domenico Scaramuzzi, inspected the site and announced the reopening, adding, “Come promesso, ce la stiamo mettendo tutta.” Work will continue on the sidewalks of Via Calefati and on nearby junctions such as Via Putignani and Via Dante in the coming weeks.
