Nordex Secures 197 MW of German Wind Orders as Analysts Upgrade Outlook

The Nordex Group has been awarded contracts for more than 197 MW of onshore wind capacity from German operators ENOVA and BMR Energy Solutions. The orders cover 30 turbines to be installed in Lower Saxony, Schleswig‑Holstein and North Rhine‑Westphalia, with projects slated for installation in late 2027 and commissioning during 2028. All contracts include 20‑year Premium Service agreements.

Nordex also highlighted its new N163‑5 X onshore turbine, designed for lower‑wind sites (IEC‑III class) and featuring a 163‑metre rotor and flexible power options.

Analyst upgrades accompanied the operational news: RBC raised Nordex’s 12‑month target price to €38 while keeping an "Underperform" rating, and Jefferies kept a "Buy" rating and lifted its target to €58. These moves reflect growing confidence in Nordex’s growth prospects in the German wind market.
