BBC denies rumors of tension on ‘Celebrity Traitors’ set

The BBC has issued a categorical denial regarding rumors of tension among the cast of ‘The Celebrity Traitors’. Reports had alleged that comedian James Acaster felt “uncomfortable” and “singled out” due to banter from fellow contestants Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan during filming.

According to initial reports, production sources claimed that while the jokes from Beckett and Ranganathan were intended as good-natured, Acaster reportedly expressed unhappiness to the production team. However, a BBC spokesperson stated that claims of teasing and subsequent complaints are “categorically untrue,” noting there is no evidence to support the allegations. Representatives for Beckett and Ranganathan also denied the claims.
