Beard Papa launches seasonal limited-edition cream puffs in Japan

Beard Papa has announced the launch of several limited-time seasonal products in Japan starting October 1.

One collaboration features the ‘Chocolat Langue de Chat Chou’ developed under the supervision of Yannick Schoveler, Executive Chef and Chocolatier at Godiva Japan. Priced at 520 yen, this dessert uses a chocolate choux pastry topped with chocolate langue de chat dough, which is baked twice. The pastry is filled with cream made from Belgian chocolate and is available until October 31.

Additionally, the company is bringing back its ‘Baked Cheesecake Chou’ for a limited period until November 17. Priced at 340 yen, this item features a rich cheesecake base poured into choux pastry and baked in-store. The recipe has been updated this year to achieve a smoother texture compared to previous versions.
